One of the things we did before I moved up to Boy Scouts from Cub
Scouts was to integrate the Tigers into the Pack as another Den. The
response and retention was overwhelming. When I left two years ago
the Pack had 55 Boys and two Tiger dens. It is now up to over 100
cubs with 3 tiger dens and at least two dens at each level. The boys
like it and stay on board.
