I beg to differ with the statistics. Five years ago we integrated the
Tigers into the Pack fully, every time the Pack gets together the Tigers
are present. (We do not expect Tigers to sell popcorn, that is the
only thing we do not include them in)
In our experience the Tigers have been a shot in the arm to the Pack.
Fully 18 of the boys now 4th grade Webelos were Tigers. And the
numbers are consistant in the ranks below as well.
If you don't have time to do it right the first time, when are you going to
find the time to do it again?
