Actually, that is exactly how ScoutWare handles arrow point
requirements. Each individual requirement from the Bear Achievements
is included in the elective picklist (along with the individual
elective requirements, of course).
Just so I don't get a flood of e-mail asking how to get this program,
Cub Scout support is not yet available, but we're working on it. It
will probably be in beta testing by the end of the year.
The current version of ScoutWare for Windows (1.3) only supports BSA
