First off let me say, I wish you were in my troop!
I would make an appointment with your scoutmaster, and express your
concerns. if he no help, try the head of the org. that charters your
troop. also other resources are your district executive (he is PAID to
support the troops in his district, it is his job to help), the council
executive, community leaders (i.e. mayor, council member...). Call a
