I seems to me that if the charter partner removes the charter, it would
be no great loss for you. One thought would be to consider being the "sister"
pack for the other troop if they do not have one. If that does not work,
consider another Chartered Partner even setting up the pack committee as a
group of concerned persons.
I would also suggest that the commissioner and DC might want to get involve
d in the issue.
