Just noticed in a old Scout Handbook from the '50's that there was
mention that any badge that a Scout earns could be pulled from him
for what could be called conduct unbecoming a scout (breaking the
oath or one of the laws).
My question as a new Committee Chairman is, is this policy still in
effect now in the BSA or because of PCness has this been
rescinded? If it's not in effect anymore, when was it dropped? Any
old salts every remember having to pull a boy's badge? Inquiring
minds want to know.......
