removing =0D and =\n

Often when I receive mail or download a file from someplace
the file contains =0D on new lines and/or = at the end of each line.
I have written a short c program that deletes these from the
file for ease of readability. If you would like this program
(C code or compiled) I would be glad to provide it.
For those who would like it compiled, please indicate machine type
(Unix ISI, Unix Sun, or PC). I have not tested this program on a pc yet.
