You changed someone's coffee klatch into a training experience. Now they
want to retaliate by using the "rules" to get their coffee klatch back.
I understand that Roundtable is for adult leaders. Don't know why it
_must_ be for adults, but thats the way it is here. Last nite's
roundtable must've had 70-100 adult leaders present in separate sessions
for cubs and scouts. Youth would've just added to the melee.
You might ask the 3 whiners for suggestions on improving Roundtable. You
could follow their suggestions, or ignore them, but you've recognized
their great wisdom by asking. Then, do as you see best. Sounds like
you've come up with a winning formula for improving Roundtable. Maybe
even more adult scouters will crowd out the "kids." Or, someone could
use the JLT syllabus to teach the scouts while the adult leaders are
learning something else.
