I am looking for thoughts and actual regulations (if anyone can quote
them from writing).
As I noted about a week ago, My son started his Eagle project which
included the scraping and painting of a train depot and its accessory
buildings. It also included fill and loaming on surrounding landscape.
It appears that this was much more than most of us
envisioned and he is concerned about finishing the painting before temperatures
and weather prohibit him from doing so.
He is concerned that if he does not absolutely finish the painting, he
will have to wait till spring to earn his Eagle. (He has all other
requirements completed). He has the materials donated and the funds. He
has had mucho problems getting PEOPLE. In particular adults who can work
Does anyone know what the rules behind this scenario might be. Must he
wait till it is 100% completed before putting in for his board of review?
Another thought.....if he has the funds available...would it be ethical
for him to contract a professional painter to complete the job during the
week (he and others being in school and work).
Thanks as always for the thoughts and ideas!
