Unless specificly asked by the PLC, the adult leaders should not be
putting on any program at troop meetings or outings.
I couldn't agree more. In a Troop, an adult shouldn't do anything for a
Scout that a Scout can do for himself. And this includes the program.
What I meant was that with more adults participating, the program can be
better; e.g. more people resources for logistics, MB counseling, etc. for
the things that the Scouts can't yet do for themselves. Sorry for the
ambiguity. The best programs are inevitably boy-run and executed.
