If you are talking about a parent that has been black balled from Scouts for
child abuse or criminal activity or some thing similar to that, I think that
you need to be carefull of what you allowed them to do. I don't think I
would ever use them for anything other than a support role, not in charge
of Scouts or an activity. If you did place someone in charge of kids and it
is known that they have a previous problem with BSA, if any thing should
happen all the other leaders and the sponsor might have serious liability.
