I've read several responses to this question of what a ticket is which
refer to the ticket as a contract between the Wood Badge participant and
the District, the Troop, the Council, or others. I believe that the
ticket is a contract with yourself. The ticket certainly speaks to
things that you may do with others, but the participant has the final say
that they have completed their ticket. Yes, they have a final meeting
with their Ticket Counselor, but in the final analysis, THEY have to
convince themselves that they have completed this covenant.
