I am new to computer e-mail stuff. I have been trying to subscribe to arrow-l
but have not been successful during the last 10 days.
The reason for my interest is my son currently edits our lodge's newletter and
he would like to start a column for arrowmen about using the computer. He
would like to include helping the brothers subscribe to arrow-l, but we feel
we should be able to connect ourselves before we publish anything about arrow-l
THIS IS WHAT I HAVE DONE SO FAR.
I connected to email@example.com and typed SUBSCRIBE ARROW-L.
I got a questioniare, and consulted my son, our lodge chief and our lodge
adviser as to the correct answer to the first question. I found or knew from
study of my OA handbook and Adviser's handbood the answers to the remaining
I replied to arrow-l request, got a message form the l-soft telling me I had
sent my reply to a human. But I have not been connected to arrow-l.
THANKS FOR YOUR HELP.
