I have the same problem with Merit Badge cards. I actually devised a
program to print the cards using an impact printer (can't get the cards
to go through a laser printer - the seem to get lost in the rollers). It
has been a big timesaver. I, too, would really appreciate a way to print
cards on a standard size paper. Maybe perforated to tear apart later. (
we have the same problem with OA membership cards - I have done the same
thing, except I CAN send a strip of 3 or more through the laser printer).
