Of course, I can't speak for the Australian Priory of St. John, but I _can_
tell you that the Canadian Priory has signed interagency-agreements. In
particular, a person registring in a St. John First Aid or CPR course
through Scouting can (and will) be accepted at a younger age.
You might want to double check to see if such arrangement has been made
between your Priory and your National Council.
