Actually, in many religions, there are two different awards Cubs can earn.
The Roman Catholic committee has an award for Tigers and Wolves (I forget
the name even though my son earned it last year) and another award - Parvuli
Dei - for older Cubs. If a youth earns both awards, he wears the Cub Scout
device for the younger award and the Webelos device for the older award.
In some of the protestant faiths the same structure exists - God and Me for
younger, God and Family for Webelos.
