I am on roundtable staff, and we have our broken down into 2 pieces,
one is all pack leaders, where we discuss district info, pack ideas, etc.
This last less than 1/2 hour
We then break into sections. A CUbmaster section, Webelos(I do that
part) and a Den Leader section. Like King Author, we meet to discuss.
I feel my only purpose is to prepare some information on pre-defined
topics and then get a discussion going. We usually have about 5 things
to talk about - badges, etc, then we open it up for anything. We will
work as well to answer or get answers from the others on topics of
need. This sectionm goes from 1/2 hour to an hour.
I hear a lot of people talk about the best roundtable they went to was
the one the missed and went to the coffee shop with other leaders and
talked. I don't supply the coffee, but I try to make the talk.
