Sorry to relay sad news, but, unless it is a local award or something I am
not aware of, about the only thing a Cub can take into Scouting is his Arrow
of Light Award. You might consider, Starting the Scouts on Webelos Prep 101.
Since the majority of the Den will soon be Bear (and all they have left is
Arrow Points), you might start teaching them The Scout Law and Oath, Scout
Knots, and other things that they wouldn't get until next year as Webelos.
This way, when they do go into the Webelos Den they will have a leg up and be
that much better prepared to earn the Arrow of Light.
BTW, one other award that they an earn and wear on their Boy Scout Uniform is
their Religeous award (the Knot that is with the Cub Device).
