My professional evaluation has never been signed by a volunteer. The Area
Director confers with the Local Council President to review the Council's
status and to get his Buy-in on my performance review and then to remind him
of the suggested pay schedule guidelines.
The only review that I remeber seeing that is approved by a voluteer is the
Council Recharter Application and that is signed by the Area Vice President
assigned to the Council by the Area President. I do know that some Regions
do not use Vice Presidents as extensively as they do in the Central Region.
