It's easy to get spoiled on the list, A place where you can express
your thoughts and exchange ideas *mostly* free of ridicule and censorship.

I've been following this thread with some interest. I'm happy
to report that on during our troops week at scout camp the boys
earned 69 merit badges ( about 2.7 each ). The scouts were required
to meet/exceed the requirements for each badge. If a requirement
couldn't be done at camp and the boy did not complete it prior
to camp, only a partial was earned. I think we had about 12
partials. There were a few mistakes made by the camp staff. In
reviewing each boys progress we found 1 case were the badge was earned
and not givin and two cases were credit was givin with a missing
requirement. It was all corrected in the end.
Best of all the boys had alot of fun and were able to take part in
many activities ( Swimming, fishing, sailing, canoeing, archery,
shotgun, rifle, hiking, climbing tower, horseback riding, water polo,
mountain biking, War canoe, OA campfire callout, cope)
All in addition to the meritbadge work.
All said it's a great camp with great staff.
The camp we have the good futune to use is
Indainhead council's Tomahawk scout camp.

I don't see a problem with sending it out with a discalimer,
unless National has complained about it. Of course you need
to do what you feel is right.
Your updates will be missed.
