At Philmont base in the Logistics Building, there is a chart which
describes water availability at each camp. They rate it as excellent,
good, etc. You need to check the chart. Maps are based on a normal year's
water table. The water table at Philmont fluctuates with the season and
may vary from year to year. Maps cannot account for recent conditions.
Logistics office monitors water availability throughout the ranch. Use
them as the definitive source.
