I just ran into the same problem. It seems that some of the file
formats have been updated but not the instructions.
First, it seems that UUDECODE is not needed for (at least some of) the
SCOUTPCX files, now. You may be able to set that program aside.
Second, UNZ50P1: Leave this program as an EXE file and run it.
UNZ50P1 is a "self-extracting archive" and will expand into
