IN THE REAL WORLD -- there must be one person as CC; 2 more additional
persons for the unit committee; another person for unit leader (CM,
SM, EA) AND in the pack there must be ONE additional person registered
as a Den Leader if boys are registered in the Wolf, and Bear grades,
AND ONE additional adult for WEBELOS Leader if there is even ONE
Webelos age boy registered. This last part has always been so, but
has only NOW begun to be enforced because of our youth protection

nope. All registered positions are uniformed positions, and have
available the uniform for each position. However, ------ the uniform
is an OPTION and can be worn only be registered members.
NOTE: no where do we REQUIRE the uniform for ANY postion.
