All registration policies are covered in Charter & Bylaws, 1994
p.s. All basic training manuals also carry the policies and rules, as
the leaders' book used to --- have to check that one.
In what publication are the rules regarding dual registration located?

> 2. Exactly what are the rules of dual registration?
ONLY the CR can register in the same unit, and ONLY as a member of the
unit committee or committee chairman.
ANYONE can multiple or pay for two or more registrations. BUT NO ONE
can be listed TWICE on one unit charter.
> 3. How is it done on the registration forms?
by position code and number. If you are multiple for the position,
you CIRCLE the position code and/or number ( if you know it)
> 4. What are the implications for chartering?
Recharters can NOT be accepted with duplicate registrations. Thus,
the unit lapses.
> 5. Is it the same for Cub and Boy Scouts?
AND all programs are the same, why? IT IS BSA rules and regulations,
not individual programs.
Hope this helps. Consult your chapter seven in your Cub Leadrs' book,
it will help.
