A slight correction is in order here. That "version" number you cited
actually means that 1,935,000 of these "Adult Registration Applications"
were printed in March of 1994. So, it's a date of publication, vice a
version of said BSA publication.
In this context, "M" means thousand and "MM" means a thousand thousand,
or one million.
