Mike Meenehan asks about origins of:
<< BSA clipart files available in numerous places....collected in files
<< named BSADSK01 through BSADSK18. I'm wondering
<< about the history of these files. Were they distributed by BSA or
<< what was their source?
The file names sound vaguely familiar to the first of two clipart collections
by national to local councils. The directions from national are geared totally
to using the PCX clipart in WordPerfect. This caused councils who don't use
WP to shelve and forget the art, thinking it could not be used. The art was
distributed on 5-inch 360k disks which prevented their easy use in my council.
I condensed the files to three 1.44 MB floppies, showed the council secretaries
how to use the standard PCX files in any program . . and they loved it!
