Your first step should be to contact any NCS trained Ranger. They get one
of those 8 inch thick NCS binders and they love to tell you about "D Sheets"
which are plans for every imaginable camp facility that have been prepared
by the BSA. If your Council has a Ranger, contact him/her. I'm sure there is
also a number in Irving for the Engineering office, but I don't deal with them,
so hopefully someone else can get that for you.
