Good news - the rules have changed again. Now attending roundtables is
certainly a requirement for Cub Scout Leader Award for those who elect
not to attend PowWow.
The 1994 Cub Scout Leader Recognition Plan No. 34096 (Includes Tiger
Group Coach Award, Den Leader Coach Award, Cub Scouter Award, Webelos Den
Leader Award, Den Leader Award, and Cubmaster Award) includes the
following training requirement: "Participate in a Cub Scout leader pow
wow or attend at least four roundtables."
