We were told at summer camp to use dryer lint, but nothing was said about
making sure it was all cotton, with no synthetics or wool. How do you
do *that* I wonder...I sort =my= laundry by color, not fabric content <g>.
As for the battery & steel wool trick, I've seen it done with a 9 volt
battery & steel wool (would a dried steel-wool soap pad with all the soap
rinsed out work?) Keep in mind that this only provides the spark...you
still need tinder to catch it.
Oh, I can hardly wait until my impulsive little ADHD angel can start fires
five different ways :-)
