I have been assigned the task of finding GAMES FROM OUR PAST for our
fall Webelos event. We are looking for games that we played as
children, that may not be played today, Indian games, games from
different countries (other then USA), or
Olympic type games. Because this Great Electronic Roundtable does
reach Scouters all over the world, I am hoping to find some special
games to help make our event a success.
The thought behind picking this theme, was that the boys of today
are so wrapped up in "VIDEO" games, that they have forgotten how play
the simple games
we all played, and the generations before us created and played. We
like to shed some light on the upcoming Olympic Games in Atlanta.
Thanks, Mike Corvino, Cubmaster -.Pack 1 Brewster, N.Y.
