The answer is simple ... You get a paper and pencil and draw a
conventional clock face ... you plot the time from your digital watch,
then use the paper watch , bisect the angle etc ... as per normal.
The accuracy will vary with how well you have drawn the paper " clock "
but sunsighting with a watch is not very accurate anyway.
