You and me both!
While the level and interest in Scouts-L has increased greatly, it
has been a chore to just keep up with the WEEKLY comments, let alone
things from a far back..
Here's what you can do (while it's not's pretty as getting separate
Extract the daily DIGEST and download the file to your PC.
Next, using a text editor (or a file reader that will read LARGE
files; my personal favorite is one called SEE), find the
topic/subject/author that you want to find. You then should have the
option of printing that particular one or (I hope not!) the entire
When I want to try to find things that clearly we've talked about
before, that's how I do it. Also, I use this procedure when I'm on
the road and I don't have time to get online and do it all from there.
SEE is a shareware item, and is available from several places, AOL and
CompuServe among them.
