We found it wise to work at least two meetings ahead. That way, information
about the next meeting is available at the current meeting. We found that
when the partners had to share their information at the current meeting,
planning was a bit better. When we only operated a month ahead, there was a
lot more last minute stuff, more confusion, and sometimes missed partners!
That TIGERMATIC machine sounds like just the thing for a neat graduation
ceremony. It's gimmicks like that that get the kid who wasn't sure to go
ahead and commit.
