This brings up another issue: to what extent do we violate BSA's
copyright when we photocopy BSA forms, etc.? Is any permission to copy
implicit (or explicit) for BSA leaders? If not, why not? To be sure, BSA
makes a profit on items it distributes, so that might be reason enuf to
not want them copied.
