It's been great reading all the mail I have received for the passed
several weeks. Wow I get the thrill of introducting myself.
I have been involved with the Boy/Cub Scouts for 12 years. I know that
because I was in labor with my daughter when I put my son in Tiger Cubs.
He's in college now and is an Eagle Scout. I have had a ton of different
jobs in Boy/Cub scouting such as Advancement Chair, Committee Chair,
District Training Chair, Commissioner, and the list goes on. I have my boy scout woodbadge beads as an Eagle from EC-330W and I have my cub scout beads from
EC-CS-14. I have also been on cub woodbadge staff on EC-CS-23. Now I am
kind of laying back and just am an Advancement Chair and Treasurer for our
Troop and Pack.
Now that my daughter is of age, I am heavily involved in the Girl Scouts.
I am a Cadette troop leader and have been the troop's leader since they were
Daisys. I am the Service Unit's registrar and give T.I.P.S. On the Council level I am a delegate, council trainer, vice-chair of the cookie team, day camp
business manager and on a ton of other committees.
I quess those of us crazy scouters just don't know when to say "no" when theirs a need.
See y'all on the otherside of the E-mail.
I am the Eagle who flys high and the Buffalo who roams the plain.
