Yes, they are an improvement, but personally I think they still have much
room to improve.

I seem to remember a mention of a form last year at a service unit
meeting, wasn't sure what it was for, but now I know what I'm going to use
it for THIS year. I gave my service unit a piece of my mind on their
survey as did many other cadette leaders, at the lack of program at the
