This posting by Ray Saunders of the WOSM European office appeared on
the "scouting-europe" mailing list. Since it dovetails neatly with our
ongoing thread concerning electronic Scouting forms and my comment earlier
that WOSM is trying to use emerging electronic technologies in the
service of Scouting, I feel that it is appropriate to crosspost it to this
forum. Consider also that policy set by WOSM will affect each and every
one of our national Scouting associations in due course.....
