If your Pack has earned the award, wear it.
If you think there's a chance your Pack has not truly earned the award,
get a copy of the application from the Council office and study it. My Pack
has earned it 2 years in a row, and I don't think it's all that easy to get.
don't have the application here with me, or I'd review it on line with you
a private posting). It's going to get harder this year, as you must now earn
the Summertime Pack Award.
You have not said what specific faults there are in your Pack's condition
that would lead you to believe that you don't deserve the award. If it's a
general deficiency in program, I would think that it would be very hard to
the advancement criteria.
