Regarding concerns about
administering epinephine (or other drugs):
If you have a scout at high risk of anaphylaxis (such as a person with a
known serious sting allergy), suggest that the boys parents discuss the
matter with his personal physician. If the prescription is written by
the patient's physician, some of the "legal air" will have been cleared,
and I doubt anyone would worry about who actually delivered the injection.
