In a message dated 95-06-09 15:18:27 EDT, you write:

Doesn't sound kosher to me???? Service credit is given for work done for
others not coming to troop meetings.

You are correct on that not being average. Our troop charges $30.00 for the
1st boy in a family and $25.00 for each additional boy. I can see the $500,
if a troop doesn't do any fund raising. It does cost alot for a good program
in a troop, but $500 may be a little steep.
