Your actions were the only ones that you could do in that special
situation. A head injury is a potentially life threatening condition.
Stop the bleeding, stabilization of the head and prompt evacuation is
never wrong. Stop second guessing!! As a ex EMT/paramedic I learned
a long time ago, if you keep trying to figure out if you took the
right action you will drive yourself into a rubber room.
