Wow! 44 eligible! How big _is_ this troop?
None elected!? I find this hard to believe. With that many eligible, each
Scout may vote for up to 22 candidates. In this case I would have highly
recommended some type of pre-printed ballot. Also, if no one is elected,
you are supposed to immediately hold a second ballot. Still if no one gets
50%, none are elected that year.
I find it difficult, if policy was properly followed that no one could
garner the votes of half the troop. Something just doesn't seem right.
