You might want to review and refresh yourself on the meaning of Scout
Law items #4 and #5.
We all tend to be consistent in our behavior throughout the day. If
we ask the Scouts to live and behave a certain way we owe it to them
to model and live the behavior. I don't think its too much to our
fellow scouters to live the law when dealing with one another.
Someone elses rudeness or ignorance is never an excuse for us to
return the behavior. Should we ever do less?
