Marc - we had agreed, following our private exchange two weeks ago,
to continue in our different modes of thinking. I was therefore
surprised at this flame which only invites a return barrage!
Instead of troubling this conference with such a pointless exercise,
however, I'd like to wish you happy trails and ask that you watch out
