One problem with this is that the arrowhead award is not supposed to be worn with any position patch other than that of a Commissioner. How would the former RT Staff member wear this award? Since the new RT Staff position insignia is not that of a Commissioner (as indicated by the lack of a wreath) the arrowhead couldn't be worn with it.
