Boy Rangers of America was Organized 24 Jan 1913, and Incorporated 6 Mar 1918
under the laws of the state of New York. It was organized as an Indian-Lore
Organization for boys 8-12. National HQs were 10 W. 23rd st. New York.

I do not know if this organization still exists?
I have access to a copy of the handbook sited above, but do not know where you
would purchase one.
