You can ftp the files from seton.cor.net. If you use a web browser,
point it at "http://circle10.cor.net/scouts/t117.html" it has a pointer
into the ftp directories, and makes it easy to locate the right files
(just read BSAINDEX.TXT first).
Seton accepts anonymous ftp logins..
