As a frequent visitor to the national office, maybe I can answer this
Basically, it's an office building. I'm not aware of any museum type
exhibits, although they do occaisionally give tours through the
building. About the only interesting thing I can think of right off the
top of my head, are the many Norman Rockwell paintings adorning the walls
throughout the building. Other than that, not too much there to see.
I'd look for other things to do while in Dallas.
