We usually make an omlette in the Dutch Oven. You can start out by dicing up
some potatoes and cooking them in the dutch oven (takes about 20 minutes).
The we slice up some onions, peppers, and whatever fancies your taste.
Finally, we add the eggs. The omlett can be served very nicely in pita
pockets. Not much to clean when you are done.
