I usually turn the lid upside down on the coals and make french toast or
eggs on it. We also bake jelly danish in them. Add a little sugar and butter
to a biscuit recipe. Drop on pie tin. Make a depression in middle and fill
with spoon of jelly. When baked, drizzle mixture of powdered sugar and vanilla
(just a little goes a long way) over top for icing!
